Back Story:
Topline – Since early 2024, I’ve worked with this client on 3 different properties. All of them I’ve accurately predicted the outcome of each home. The relationship started off with a property I did not want to work on. Because of my accurate predictions & trust from this client, I am able to subsequently choose and deliver two prosperity homes for this client and her family.
Story Recap: Feb 2024 – 1st Property – Client about to purchase a property that she chose, reached out about a feng shui reading for her upcoming purchase. I told her, I am not a fan of her new home because it is built wrong – genetically poorly built from a feng shui perspective/bad floor plan – can’t be solved via any adjustment. I advised against her upcoming purchase, she proceeded because it was too late for her to back out. There aren’t many things I can do even if I tried (it would be a poor adjustment no matter what), or else I would be lying to her. We worked out a fair deal for her to understand her situation. I told her to only come and pay for the rest of the reading, if she needs my “evacuation plan” for this home – she will need it.
She was very skeptical of my initial tone (“how bad could it be!?”). I told her not to say anything to her husband, just execute the plans the best she could and observe. Two months later, she emailed to tell me everything I predicted on the call about this home came true and she is selling the house by the 3rd month.
Her husband was also a non-feng shui believer. I explained my approach. I told them to follow my evacuation plan closely this time and give it a shot because they weren’t following my plans and things were chaotic during this time. They sent me a bunch of new properties to assess to move into, and I didn’t like any of them. At this point, the husband thought I was being difficult, when in fact I was preventing history from repeating itself – the properties they were sending me all had the same floor plan flaws. At this time, the clients started following my suggestions closely (the “evacuation plan”), and one of the properties they were trying to sell fell through about a week after they started following my plan (the buyer couldn’t get a mortgage). They didn’t want to live in this “older property” that they’ve been trying to sell…little did they know, this “older home” was the secret prosperity path that the Universe had left for them. That property was the luckiest one they’ve shown me and their trail back to happiness.
2nd Property – the lucky property – The clients were “leaned in”, but trusting the process while moving into the new home. They followed everything I recommended. Below you will find the actual email feedback after they’ve experienced my adjustments fully. The client’s mom, who later moved in, was my biggest skeptic (she didn’t like how my adjustment “looked”), slept in my adjustment for 1 night. Her years of insomnia improved overnight, and subsequently improved her health and happiness for the days to follow.
2nd to 3rd Property – I told the clients to milk the prosperity they paid for, for as much as they could. They were super happy living through significantly improved happiness and harmony when her husband who hasn’t been working in big corporate settings for many years, all of the sudden landed a big corporate job where they need to relocate again (in THIS economy!). It is a great offer they couldn’t pass up. Since they landed in this 3rd home, things have been progressing smoothly, except for her mom, falling out of my recommendations again until recently. Edith’s Notes:
Regarding client’s mom’s reaction to my feng shui placements. She is highly intuitive that’s why she is able to feel the difference so fast. The speed in which animals/humans react to energies varies. Severity is also a factor. There are some clients who require more ramp up time than another, the details of that and difference of that would be detailed in my consultation, once I assess your situations as a whole. Even for the not as intuitive people, a bulk of the people should experience some “change” within a week or two when the placements are done correctly. Please use common sense and logic when reading into these testimonials, if you have experienced severe feng shui caused health issues, even if you “felt” better in one day, based on many factors, by changing your placements, it would NOT eradicate your illness overnight. It would give your body a better chance to fight and recover the sooner you address it. I do not make up things you don’t have, but I will tell you where it is coming from in your space and how to address it.
