Because not every adjustment will be “equally prosperous”, I vet all my readings before accepting, and are highly meticulous. Edith is not a mind reader, if the information you provided is insufficient, or inaccurate, it will result in poor or wrong readings. For the virtual readings, I aim to collect all the necessary details to close the gaps on potential errors and replicate the in-person readings experience as much as I can. Due to the high volume of requests I have to comb through, please aim to be organized and compile your inquiry in one place to avoid delays. 

Please note, even though some of the pricing is “scalable”, I do not accept breaking up 1 reading for a property into various pieces as the results become hard to detect & correct.  Whatever area the team quoted after the vetting process would be the recommended/minimum amount of areas that needs to be addressed in order for you to start experiencing improvements in life. If we offer you a pre consultation call, usually there are genetic issues or risks with the floor plan at hand that needs to be discussed prior before we proceed to next steps.  This is only offered from Edith after the vetting process (to clients who need it). Spaces that are adjustable do not have an option for pre-call (unless you want to pay extra).

Feng Shui Adjustment & Activation - Existing Layout

Pricing

Starting at $300 USD per room – (individual “bathrooms are generally not accounted as a “room”, it’s automatically included in the readings if notes could be made)

  • Studios – Starting at $400 USD (Please reference FAQ about limitations for open spaces and studio homes that are “boundaryless”)
  • 1 Bedroom – $600
  • 2 Bedroom – $900
  • 3 Bedroom – $1200

…etc.

Pricing to be confirmed upon reviewing the floor plan - most floor plans will follow this cost structure unless specified upon reviewing the floor plan

  • Calculation is generally the number of “rooms” plus 1 general common area – if you have other “areas” like additional living rooms or dining areas that look “separate” those could be counted as separate areas. 
  • Bathrooms or storage rooms are not generally counted for existing feng shui adjustments
  • If the floor plan is “too divided” additional “room” cost may incur
  • Premium readings can have additional costs if the areas that need to be addressed are too complex or much bigger than most single family homes.
  • Edith & Team will confirm pricing upon reviewing and vetting the reading details

Pets are automatically assessed when possible [sometimes you can control their movement, sometimes they can’t be stopped], but feng shui can affect a pet’s life and their health/life expectancy (vet bills).

Floor plans less than 2 br are not allowed for readings that are broken into parts

  • A unique situation to read the apt in 2 parts might be granted if you provide details about your situation that’s “temporarily acceptable” – Please reference the FAQ regarding why this practice is not encouraged as complications will occur to make corrections harder to detect and other issues.
  • Divided readings are not recommended for the lack of holistic view to the reading as well as potentially difficult to diagnose issues upon executions.
  • Oftentimes when clients who already came “struck/struggling”, will end up choosing the wrong room/areas to adjust…which would make matters worse.  If you are granted a 2 part reading, by a miracle, Edith has to choose on your behalf with her expertise. She will pace it out for you if it makes sense – otherwise it is not encouraged or makes sense.

If your home has too many rooms, please let us know in the email, pending on your situation we can guide you through what makes most sense - there are different range of situations that can arise, we’d have to see what we are dealing with to advise you better.

Rental vs purchased homes - Edith takes this into consideration when vetting your space before accepting the reading in terms of feasibility.  Please respond to the inquiry checklist in detail below.

My vetting process includes how achievable the adjustments would be and how much improvement you should experience automatically.

  • This service focuses on the assessment, calculations, adjustments, and activations of your existing space.
  • Focuses on better energetic alignment through strategic furniture placements and activation methods to improve prosperity, healthy and harmony
  • Consultation Inquiry – please reference consultation questionnaire/checklist to ensure you provide all the data needed as fully as possible in the first round for qualify for a reading
  • Qualification – Ensuring all consultation info/details provided can deliver a strong reading
    • Edith and team to confirm consultation cost upon review
  • Payment and Scheduling –
    • Payment for the area of service must be paid in full prior to the video call – for details as to why payment can’t be made in separate payments, please reference the FAQ
    • Once payment has been made, Edith and team will reach out to coordinate a date/time for a scheduled video consultation walking you through the detailed diagnostics, observations, and recommended plan for your space.
  • Video Consultation – Detailed charts, diagnostics from the call and adjustment details will be recorded and forwarded to the clients post call for reference and recap.
  • Troubleshooting – Should there be a need after the call, if you experience a series of patterns you can’t explain. Clients are allowed up to 2 rounds of 30 mins calls to troubleshoot on your executions at no additional cost within the first 8 months after the consultation call.
    • Given the volume of request Edith gets, please execute all the tweaks to your best ability, email with detail info/experience and pictures before scheduling a call with Edith to troubleshoot and ask questions or provide a list

    • Troubleshooting Checklist – Please come prepared and have the following info ready:
      • Images of your executions – what did you do placement wise
      • How are you running the tweaks – where do you spend time, how do you execute the plan? (Are you following the plan as closely as possible?)
      • What are the patterns you are observing? (by person, or pet)

Virtual Space and Layout Selection: Office, Retail, Apartment, Home Selection - Structure, Surrounding, and Frame Selection

  • Rental home: Starting at $150 USD per layout
  • Home to purchase – Starting at $250 USD per layout
  • Small Retail/Office Space – Starting at $250 USD
  • Large Retail Space/Complex Assessments – Pricing upon request based on complexity
  • Starting price applies to most layouts unless the area of assessment is bigger and more complex than a typical size – then a custom pricing will be quoted for the complexity and extra time that’s needed to assess the space
  • Pricing to be confirmed once the plan has been received
    • Pricing could be adjusted lower if the assessed area is small and not complex, to be determined when we receive your material.
  • Bulk assessment pricing available – If you have multiple units you’d like to assess in bulk/in phases, please email to discuss group pricing – bulk pricing can be applied (usually cheaper), depending on your situation.
    • Please note, bulk pricing usually means you send through a bunch of floor plans to be looked at in groups at the same time. It is not to drag on the process reviewing floor plans in all hours of the day with various plans. We’d need to discuss feasibility, if this is the case.
    • If you feel like you will need multiple rounds of floor plan assessment, a pre-negotiated bulk pricing can be discussed based on your specific situation (due to the large volume of cases Edith has to screen through, this will be approved case by case). If we take on your case, our job is to guide you to higher levels on your behalf.
  • Being able to choose the best “frame” and “layout” for your space before an actual feng shui placement/adjustment would allow you to maximize your prosperity ahead of what’s already chosen
    • Ability to cherry pick a space with the best feng shui genetics. Maximized prosperity.
  • Not all homes are built equally lucky, nor do they have similar surroundings, this service focuses on eliminating homes/spaces that have weak layout, and weak prosperity (money) energy
    • Assessment will include the surrounding landscape, structure of the space, layout (walls, windows, and doors) to ensure the space can fit the client’s needs for maximized prosperity (is it located in the right place, and built correctly from a layout perspective)
  • To ensure the clients know what they are walking into, the consultation will detail how much “work” the space needs (high level), if any, and potentially if the previously owner still had the existing layout (not a staged set up), the consultation will share details about the patterns for the people who were there before and potentially crucial details on what should go on the contracts to ensure you can bring prosperity into the space (ex: rental properties)
  • If you have the means for it, being able to cherry pick a space would give you the knowledge you need to ensure all your money is spent wisely before signing any contracts or implementing any renovations
  • There isn’t a perfect guide or rule that can apply to every space consistently – just a bunch of trade offs to the best of our abilities and avoid certain things if it is bad. Sometimes even knowing the “correct” answers, if your destiny won’t take you there, no matter how hard you look, you can’t find it.  Edith will aim to guide your choices as she sees the options you are bringing to the table to lead you to better choices along the way in the selection process.
  • Inquiry – Email Edith & Team details about the space your are inquiring – Address, accurate floor plan, what you are looking to do (more details below)
  • Qualification – Team will review your submission, quote the cost, communicate how fast this can be done, and request for payment
  • Consultation Results – depending on the complexity of the plan, Edith and team will reach out to either set up a recorded video call to walk through the high level plans with details you will need to make an informed decision on the property. For clients who are familiar or simpler layouts, a call or detailed email will be set up/sent to communicate the findings. The team will ensure you know the findings, the details, and the tradeoffs before you make your final decisions.

Virtual Renovation Feng Shui - Floor Plan Adjustments

Important information to know beforehand

Not all homes are “equally lucky” nor do they have the same “prosperity potential.” When you get to modify the floor plan, walls, doors and windows of a home/space, you have an opportunity to create and enhance the prosperity of each space at the “genetic” level of a space. Instead of working with “what you are given” you have a chance to maximize the flow of your space specific to your orientation to ensure your renovations are done correctly and strategically to maximize the best feng shui possibilities for years to come.

  • Correctly maximizing the genetics of your home for years to come – maximizing prosperity, health and harmony
  • Ability to strategically maximize the prosperity areas of your home/spaces to your specific needs
  • Ensuring the money you spend on the renovation and home updates are precise, correct, and strategic – building a home that would last the test of time.

Minimal layout adjustments - usually a medium condo apartment - average $300 - $600 per plan + feng shui adjustment & activation fees

Major renovation adjustments - usually a house - Starting at $1000 USD per floor (average) + Sum of Feng Shui Adjustment & Activation Costs [Existing Space]

  • This service is an add on to interior feng shui adjustment & activation service – cannot be purchased separately without another as all adjustment details will be disclosed in the same session to ensure everything is communicated seamlessly throughout the process
  • Additional cost may incur for larger more complex plans for building a whole new building/structure beyond layout adjustments.
  • If the area of precision tweaking is small, the starting rate may be reduced if it is just 1 area..etc.
  • Over time – $300 USD additional session fee (estimated virtual session fees), if the floor plan takes more than 8 months to finalize from the first call about the adjustment. If your session is taking too long to finalize, additional fees can apply based on your scenario.
  • Revisions – Additional cost will incur if the floor plan completely changes in layout/general placement of windows and doors from the 1st version – when you present a completely different floor plan.
  • Prices are what they are because adjustments like these are custom and time consuming. Sometimes it takes a few rounds of back and forth to ensure we are aligned on the plan so you’d be able to execute on the house to your precise needs).  These types of consultations go into extreme details due to the levels of strategic planning ahead – planning out the years of prosperity ahead in the build phase. 

Inquiry - email Edith & Team about the floor plan you’d like assessment on and what you plan to do with the space

  • Please come with an initial floor plan to start off this process – feng shui tweaking is perfecting the “flow” of the home to ensure you built a home that maximizes its prosperity potential. This will give Edith an idea of what you have planned for the space and she can adjust the flow and energy of the space based on your initial ideas (more would be communicated in this process when she sees the details). 
  • Please note, this is a spatial alignment service with the macro energies not an interior design service. Edith will detail the parameters the interior designers need to work off of, we do not take on interior design or a contractor’s job. 

Quote - Upon assessing the complexity of your project, we will send you a detailed quote for the project

1st Round Review Call (with a fairly completed initial floor plan) - Edith will adjust the existing floor plan that you have to ensure every door, window, and walls are built correctly - down to what direction the windows should open/close. We will aim to accommodate all your needs and tell you the trade offs energetically for the build.

Revisions - Generally most floor plan adjustments come with up to 2 rounds of touch up calls to finalize the details of the tweak. Additional charge may apply for additional rounds of calls

Complete Direction Change - Additional quote will apply if the floor plan changed completely halfway during the floor plan adjustment process. Depending on how dramatic the changes are.

Overtime Charges: Additional session fees ($300 USD per session) will incur if the finalized floor plan takes more than 8 months to finalize from the first call.

  • Instructions will detail down to the exact inches/cm of where the windows, doors and major items need to be placed and how the activation plan for the new space will look like in detail.
  • We are not responsible for executing your plan, but you will be able to know how to execute your feng shui by referencing the master drawing.

Micro Business: 1 small room, approx 2 employees or less - minimum starting price starts at $600 USD per room/area

Small Business - Store Front/Office: Starts at approx $1,200 depending on the complexity of the adjustment

Mid-Large Size Business: Custom quote required, pricing depends on the scale and complexity of the adjustment.

In Person & Virtual Combo - Combination pricing of half virtual, half in person pricing available upon assessment and email request

  • If the adjustments required very minimal renovations, and rounds of adjustments, sometimes negotiations can be discussed, quotes will account for time needed to get the project done accurately to ensure the business would have a chance to thrive. 

Strategic Business Advice/Retainer Fees - Starting at $300 USD. Fees can increase based on complexity and scale of the issues.

  • Some business owners can be “stuck” choosing between paths. Using feng shui predictions, Edith can accurately assess how much “work”, “risks” “trade offs” a business “needs” to thrive to take the guesswork out in your decision making and help you pick the better path.  Consultation checklist details still required to ensure the advice is specific & custom to client’s situations.  No feng shui placement or activation details will be shared for this service, just high level energy patterns and relevant details. 

When you request for this service, below is a list of things Edith will evaluate and consider when providing you with a quote:

  • Priority: As always, the vetting process prioritizes on recommended areas that need to be read/assessed in order to see reasonable impact/results. Please note, if insufficient amounts of areas are read, results will not be significant/slow to see improvement. Edith does not knowingly accept readings that would result in poor outcome.
  • Scale of the business
  • Type of business
  • Strategic sequencing – org chart mapping and strategic placement (sequencing the people with office layout..etc.)
  • Potential renovation required depending on business type – some adjustments won’t require a renovation, but some will have to. Strategic thoughts are required to help clients come up with the best solutions – Edith will always prioritize doing the least for maximum impact – efficiency and cost savings.
  • How many rounds for potential back and forth
  • If your company/office is 1 giant open space, the pricing is not based on just the 1 area. There are more details in the FAQ section. Pricing is based on the combination of the circumstances you are in from the surrounding to the current layout, type of business and people.  All has to be considered in order to see what Edith is trading you energetically to see improved results for your business based on our efforts.
    • I aim to make pricing for small businesses fair, but sometimes it’s hard to tell how much “effort/cost” a business will need to turn their business around until I look closely. This will require Edith to assess and evaluate your personal combination of situations to best advise you on how to turn your boat around.

In Person Feng Shui Consulting/ Other Requests:

In person readings do not follow the same scope as virtual readings. They require custom quotes, pricing will vary based on the complexity of the project, scale, and location. Pre screening and vetting of the projects are required prior to booking. Not all cases are accepted. Due to the extremely limited avails for in person readings, the pricing will be significantly different than virtual rates. Please note, projects failing to provide pre-screening materials will be turned down.
