Back Story:
Early 2024, the client reached out about her home she is trying to renovate with a designer. She saw one of my videos and wanted more clarity and precise ideas on how to make her home “flow” better – she has good intuitions about things. She had a few options from her interior designer about the floor plan of the home, she couldn’t pin point what’s wrong about them, but something felt “off”.
While trying to renovate this home, they are trying to sell their existing home to fund renovation costs for the new home. All in a slightly slow market and region. I told the client that the existing home requires a specific type of buyer and there are several things that need to be aligned to get the deal done.
The client’s husband was “open minded” about my suggestions but not a super believer at first (he was not anti about it, just skeptical) – he is the “I will believe when I see it, kind of guy, and leaned towards more skepticism most of the times”. Because the house they are trying to sell was super tricky…. The voice memo below shows you how they tried to A/B test my suggestions. They first tried their way for months, things were not smooth… then reverted back to my specific placements out of “you got nothing to lose”.
The female client also bought a different home in her favorite neighborhood as a surprise plot twist (this is a 3rd home in the equation, all different readings). She told her story in the recording. Because she needed to juggle expenses from 3 different homes, she was worried that she needed to plan to Airbnb portions of her properties – just in case. While we did adjustments in all the spaces we could (necessary), I assured her she wouldn’t really need to Airbnb her space, based on my assessment, financially she will be doing well to fund her homes/projects, only if she wants to.
Sure enough, you can see she recorded record earnings for her company in 2024, and even better earnings in early 2025.
During this time, the urinary issues she had frequently at one of the homes disappeared shortly after the adjustment. She felt mentally calm, even though she has a lot to manage. The husband found a job with more money, better title, the boss loves him, great work life balance (in THIS economy in 2024/2025!? And the world we are living in now!? He had worries about not being able to find new jobs with his “age” and everything that’s going on in the world right now). Her relationship with her husband evolved for the better (he is more a happy camper now than a frequent skeptic). I am thankful for her trust, she follows her instincts well and gets things done correctly! This couple continues to do very well throughout 2025 through all the adjustments across multiple homes we’ve done, the energy adjusted for these homes will continue on for many more years to come.

Timing on “prosperity”: I can’t stress this enough, you don’t get to choose “how fast” or see “how it ends” in an instant. You need to let the plot run for a while to collect enough data. Your intentions and where you are in life is also important. Are you already on your right track or are you still navigating or finding your paths? Some people will experience certain things faster than others but how much “money” a person can make also depends on their birth charts. Feng Shui just helps “fuel/smooth out” your prosperity the best ways it knows how. Notice the client, like many others mentioned about being “calm” while having to juggle a lot. There are more official ways to do their A/B testing if they really want, but luckily they see the results they need fast enough to know the difference between the positions (Position 1: Whatever they want vs. Position 2: What Edith said to do). The house found the right buyer in early 2025 (it took a while, as expected for reasons disclosed in her session) but without the boost from feng shui, the house would sit in the market for an even longer amount of time.
